Wolds Gardening is looking for enthusiastic new gardeners to join us!
Are you active, enjoy gardening and up for exciting, daily challenges? Would you like to work in some of Lincolnshire's most beautiful gardens and stunning locations to call your 'office window view' every day of the week? Can you work well with others and also work on your own initiative?
If so, you might be just the right individual to join our hardworking, friendly gardening team. Working on a flexible sub-contract, self-employed basis you can negotiate the days you would like to work with us.
A knowledge of gardening and some relevant experience is a requirement. Equally important is having a pleasant, easy-going nature, a positive attitude and a willingness to give your best efforts in helping to create amazing gardens with our customers.
As this is a physical job a reasonably high degree of fitness and stamina is essential.
Wolds Gardening offers services across the Wolds, specialising in larger and more challenging gardens. We have a big regular customer base which we serve either weekly or fortnightly, whilst also doing larger, one-off jobs as required. We aim to give customers the best possible standard of work whilst providing a reliable, supportive and creative service that meets their needs.
Whilst this role is seasonal, by expanding and developing our customer base we are able offer a year-round service and as a result can offer work all year round to our present staff and would hope to continue to do that for any new applicants.
Our good levels of pay are based on experience and responsibility. *

A driving licence would be an advantage.
