Sash External Sill Repair Work

🔸 Removal Of Rotten Sill.
🔸 Replaced With Treated.
🔸 Patched in with epoxy resin.
🔸 Fixed, Primed & Sealed.

Recently completed project in Kennington

It was an amazing job!! We admit it was a great challenge. 9 weeks in perfect weather ☀️

7 buildings 🏨🏨
175 Windows!🪟🪟
22 Doors frames!🚪🚪
11 metal bridges 🌉 🌉

- 28 sash windows in total all with rotten cills and lower sections ( replaced in hardwood)

- a big section of lower corners and mouldings was replaced and patched with epoxy resin

We rebuilt those windows from decay. Stripped out all rot used repair care resin system soft and hardwood splices.
Finished in Zinnser Allcoat Exterior Gloss.

We are delighted to have finally completed this huge interior redecoration project for Chelsea’s legendary player and manager ⚽️ ⚽️ 💙💙💙💪💪

This house is aesthetically stunning, but the new owners wanted to make their house their home.

One of my favourite jobs so far 👌👌

Woodwork prepared and painted in Benjamin Moore Scuff

Recent kitchen completed.
Finished in Renner 762 in a matt finish.
Colour Little Green Livid 263
Sprayed with Apollo 7700Gt Hvlp.

Like all our kitchen makeovers it gets the full degrease, machine sanded, filled, repaired followed by two priming coats and two finishing coats. All sprayed at our workshop and in situ.
