Thought I would share my little bit of joy and some of the effort it takes to make these..
These are the hardest cast to de-mould. After several attempts, I finally managed to get one out Whole !
The cast is solid ABS and made of 4 sides which leaves a sharp and strong line running from the head down to each corner, which I remove as soon as it's de-moulded. Otherwise I would need to grind it down with a stone grinder.
The cast is so tight that removing it can damage the ears, feet, back and completely rip off the face, which has happened at least 3 times !

The one on the left is one of the first one's to lose it's face. As you can see, it's also bit rough here n there.
The face ripped off of middle one too when I removed the cast plus an ear crumbled and lots of bubble holes. I repaired it with epoxy resin so it's as solid as the concrete itself. The painting is me experimenting..
The one on the right is todays de-mould. So happy I don't have to repair it ! It did have a few bubble's but i filled those with the exact same high strength cement I use in my concrete mix.

As with all my casts, I do not advertise these stone ornaments online (apart from here) as I don't want the one's I've created myself being copied, so..

On the look out for a new chapter in my life :)
I've been making my own concrete and resin moulds at home for a some time, but, I have very little space to make enough of them to supply certain buyers, mainly shops/garden centres and florists.
Now I need more space so I can go full time with it all but I have no workshop space so I'm wondering if anyone can help?
As I don't have the finance to rent commercially, I'm wondering if
there's someone that has workshop space I can use?
I'd really like a working partner that has a workshop or space we can turn into a workshop.
I've asked around locally but not much joy so...
If you or someone you know would be interested in this, I would really appreciate talking to you/them about it. Or if you have some space I can use temporarily, please let me know.
I'm also willing to relocate if finding workshops space comes with or is available with a new home, hopefully within range of many shops, garden centres or florists, or anywhere I can sell my crafts :)
