We're back for phase two! 🔁

We’re proud to return to site with The Bus Shelter Project and Dorset Council, continuing a partnership that’s changing lives for the better.

This time, we’ve delivered five new microflats for former rough sleepers: vibrant, self-contained homes designed to help people move from homelessness to independent living.

At Newspace, we believe temporary buildings should be every bit as good as, if not better, than permanent ones. That’s why we design spaces that feel safe, comfortable and supportive, helping people feel their best, inside and out.

These new homes are a reflection of that belief. As well as being warm and welcoming, they’re also kind to the planet, built with enhanced thermal performance and solar panels to keep energy use low.

Every town and city deserves a scheme like this if we’re serious about tackling homelessness in the UK.

A huge thank you to everyone who’s played a part in making this happen - especially our production team for bringing these builds to life. Definitely something to be proud of. 👏🏽

Yesterday some of the team had the pleasure of visiting Help Bristol's Homeless to meet their team and see our new sleeper units in action!

The ten, brightly coloured, micro flats will provide a safe and comfortable space for individuals who are facing homelessness, giving them the opportunity to regain independence and rebuild their lives.

We are proud to be a part of such a significant project and look forward to supporting in the future 🧡💙
