In an industry with a reputation for slimy sales tactics, BS discounts and bun fights to the bottom it’s rare to witness anyone actually engaging in real life collaborative efforts…
So I would like to publicly show my allegiance to one of the good guys in the hot tub world.
This absolute legend is Stacey and with her husband Paul and their daughter Megan they own Hot Tub and Spa, Solihull.
This woman has not only become my closest confidant and dear friend but she is an ally in a world full of complete tools.
So if you follow me, want a hot tub but you’re in the Midlands then please visit these guys. You won’t find anyone that cares more, gives their all and genuinely has their customers wellbeing at the core of their business.

Yesterday I welcomed them and one of their customers to my showroom to test some products they didn’t have on display themselves, this isn’t the first time it’s happened and it won’t be the last.
I’ll say it again. Collaboration over competition. Unless you’re a tool then I’ll compete with you and win everytime.
