Extension project in Lymington.
Clients wanted a replacement from their conservatory to a proper extension, with an extended kitchen and informal lounge area.
The final brief was a light and airy design that compliments back to the original house.
The design incorporates this with a vaulted space with a glazed gable and roof lights and replanned kitchen. Finally a interior/ exterior fireplace so they can sit inside or outside and enjoy the garden.

Project plans for two storey rear / side, with a further single storey extension. Client wanted a open plan space working with the existing kitchen. We planned to add additional units with a breakfast bar and pantry under the stairs. Finally there was a desire for a wood burner in the lounge area with a log store incorporated into the overhang to keep the logs dry. Upstairs we have added two Juliet balconies for the master and guest bedrooms and an extra bedroom in the two storey side extension, this is to serve the family that visits from overseas.
