Double tall wall unit for extra utility space, all walls studied insulated with membrane barriers under the floor, moisture Plasterboards to retain.

Full Kitchen rip out!!

The kitchen has been stripped right back to brick, we have then given a full new re wire, first fix on plumbing and electrics, it was then plastered and painted, then the carcasses were added, finished off with new worktops, Intergrated fridge and freezer, oven, hob and extractor fan. All that needs to be done now is splash back and second fixes! Final photos to follow when completed!

Chimney work yesterday whilst the weather was nice!
Addressing the Chimney stack vent in the left hand Chimney, back to its original state, repointing, flaunching bit of painting on the backside and general maintenance to weatherproof the Chimney. Topped off with a couple of mascowls.

New windows including the Bay Windows in this week, top and bottom bay windows replacing the stud work in the middle section, insulating and cladding with a fresher look.
A bit of patch pointing on the bay window where it was needed.
All the external render has been chipped off and prepped up ready for base and topcoat of K- render
Changed the soil pipe and downpipe to give it a bit of a fresh look.

Stage one of internal alterations for a customer
Removed the doorways which were existing, inverted
Re aligning the door casings externally and pinching a bit of the bathroom to do so.
All doors then sit flush with the hall way
Ready for plastering on Monday and skirting boards shortly after

Then to stage two, for some more room alterations.
