Fantastic news from Zub Architecture! Lancaster City Council has unanimously approved our £10m re-design of Mill Hall, a Grade II listed landmark on Moor Lane, Lancaster. This transformation turns the existing 96-bedroom student accommodation into 62 high-standard studio apartments, featuring a new three-story front extension with sandstone-colour rainscreen cladding and bronze vertical louvers, meticulously designed complement the historic building.
