Really excited to see the end results of my architectural design and plans on this semi detached period property in a conservation area in the heart of Macclesfield.

The work has provided a large open plan kitchen dining living space along with utility, cloakroom and downstairs toilet and shower room. I may be biased but I think my clients have done an amazing job of creating their dream home!

Last week I visited one of my current projects - a double side and single rear extension on a semi detached house in Cheadle Hulme. Having obtained planning permission from Stockport Council and then done the detailed building regulation drawings to ensure the build complies with new laws, the work is well underway on site.

It is really exciting to see the transformation coming together!

Have a look at another of our recent jobs - transforming living spaces.

This was a challenging project given limited scope to extend the house at the rear given the back garden is tiered up a hill. The brief was to remodel the downstairs accommodation from a small kitchen with seperate lounge / dining to provide a large lounge space, kitchen dining living area plus a downstairs toilet and cloakroom. Upstairs the plans allowed the addition of a fourth bedroom plus a dressing room and ensuite to the main bedroom.
