Nice big felling job today. This sycamore tree was very dead. No good for climbing, luckily there was room to pull it over.

My first climb in nearly 2 years since i fell and broke my back. We dealt with this storm damaged silverbirch tree today, the hanging branch had twisted and caused a helical hazard beam fracture to the stem, never seen anything like it!

You may have seen this flyer today, it's made its way through many letter boxes. Its not me...I'm the real Macclesfield Tree Care! Obviously it's the customers choice who they employ to deal with their tree care needs but I would encourage you to check any contractors previous work, qualifications and public liability insurance before letting them anywhere near your property.

Today we planned one job and ended up doing two! 30% reduction on the silverbirch was the original job. Dealing with nearby rotten sycamore tree and being able to throw the logs straight in the van was a bonus.
