We *always* prime the back of both Indian stone flags and porcelain slabs before laying them. Here’s why that matters:

Priming creates a solid bond between the slab and the mortar bed. Without it, the slab can sit loosely, leading to movement over time.

Natural stone and porcelain can both suffer from poor adhesion if not primed. Applying a primer ensures full contact and eliminates hollow spots underneath.

Took an old, rotten wooden decking and completely reboarded it using a rich chocolate composite for a clean, modern finish. Added a sleek slate border to define the space, and finished it off with a Venetian-style fence to frame everything perfectly.

Installed 3 brand new fence panels and fitted a new gate for the customer.

The gate was a bit of a tricky one due to the existing fence line not running in line with the adjoining garage, but we made it work and got it sitting right 👌
