7 years ago. When times were completely different to now. Society has altered beyond recognition. Expectations higher than ever. Costs of materials out of control and suppliers difficult to deal with. Tradesmen harder to find. All making this industry tougher than ever. HOWEVER….things can only improve. He’s to all new business round the corner. Plus a not to all past and existing clients who have a parallel experience to ours and patience they have shown. More chapters in this book to come!
