Couple of jobs done lately, big Victorian bay window that desperately needed some tlc, now looking great again as it rightly deserves.
This house front was in need of a total overhaul as the sun had taken its toll and paint was peeling off all the deciders. One needed replacing and all has been re- siliconed back in and now if I do say so myself looks amazing.

This office area completed this week, new owners have made the whole area into 3 x meeting rooms for there business. All walls & old woodwork, cills & radiators refreshed in F & B Wimborne White (239)
New plastered areas mist coated (sealed)then finished in the same colour as above.
Customer is very happy with the completed job.

Just finished this big job in Prestbury, kitchen & hallway areas were emulsioned in Little Green (Perennial Grey) woodwork was touched up where needed in Little Green (Woodash).
Bedroom was a total overhaul with all woodwork finished in Little Green (Woodash) and the walls in Little Green (Portland Stone) ceiling was finished in a white non reflective matt.
Customer delighted with the finish.

Exterior just completed, all exterior woodwork prepared, undercoated & a high quality oil based topcoat. Some repair work to sides of window as old render & sealant needed renewing.
The porch needed a new side post on the top right hand side as rotten.
New gutter to the porch.
All soffits, down pipes & soil pipes finished in a black matt.
Door finished in Rosemary Leaf.

Some jobs completed in the last few months, Flat interior had hallway & lounge area with media wall.
Main bedroom also completed.

HSL including doors all woodwork refreshed & finished in a white (hard wearing) satin finish.
Bedroom also refreshed with ceiling, walls & woodwork all done.

Another job finished for a customer, as an ongoing concern due to them having a new kitchen fitted & floor fitted. All skirtings & door frames to prepare, undercoat & topcoat in a white satin finish. Media/book unit was undercoated & top coated the same colour as the walls F & B (Ammonite) same as cloak room cupboard. Some walls were freshened back up due to previously being painted but marked due to works being carried out.
This room has now been completely renovated and to the customers credit looks superb.

Just love doing these older houses, walls had new sockets installed and had to be back filled then new lining paper cut to fit then rehung & filled to get a seamless finish. Light switch next to door was previously fitted but the cables were run surface mounted for some strange reason. Customer asked if I could do anything with them so area was chased out and cables were cable clipped back to brickwork and area was filled to create a smooth surface. Some of the ceiling freeze had to be raked out then filled and was painted back in with ceiling in a flat matt emulsion finish. All woodwork (4x sash windows, skirtings & door frame)were prepared, undercoated & topcoated in a white satin finish. Walls were then filled where required, gardzz then put on wall that was previously papered with world map to aid adhesion of emulsion. Walls were then emulsioned in Earthborn colour Wood Smoke having 3 coats to create a nice durable finish using Macpherson durable acrylic matt.
Customers absolutely delighted with the final look.
