🏠 Complete Loft Refurbishment 🏠

After/During/ Before 📸

✨️Here is a lovely job we completed a few weeks back, consisting of remodelling a lofft to make an amazing bedroom space with LOTS of storage ✨️

🔨 With a lot of carrying up and down 2 flights of stairs and back and forth to the skip (alot of thanks to the trusted 😉😆) the end product was definitely worth it 🔨

-Walls ripped down, existing wiring ripped out
- new studwork , ceilings dropped, completely insulated and Plasterboarded, and then skimmed
- Handy storage in eves formed
-Built in Wardrobe and a great window seat storage
-2nd Fix Carpentry

🖤Really enjoyed this one and was nice to get back to doing something like this for a change 🖤

⭐️ Porch Transformation ⭐️

Nice, different little Job lately transforming this open porch into a practical enclosed porch 🖤

LOVE The Contrast between the Composite Slatted Caldding & the Anthracite Fascia, Soffit & Composite Door, giving it a fresh clean look but not too emposing with the original stone & lime pointing on the house 🤟

The the old freestanding electric fire looks great after being adapted and fitted into the base units 🔥

A Great use of space in this amazing covered area ❤️🔥

✏️ Ive absolutely loved building the beast from scratch and learnt a lot about different products and methods (after A LOT of head scratching and askin the right people the right questions 🤣)✏️

🌳 Great to work with stunning timber such as Cedar & Alder 🌳

💡 Cant wait to see it all finished with the deck lights and LEDs behind the back rest 💡🔨

🏡Another Addition to "Shed " season with this Part Studio/Garden Office area and garden shed on the end 🏡

🔨 Bit of a different one at the beginning of this job , taking down the small existing shed i built a few years back for previous home owners, Then Forming The Garden Office and re building the existing Shed on the End as previous, just with all the same Cladding 🔨

On a sad note: we have come to the end of Garden Building Season 😭 (one more slightly different but very special one to post 😉) lets hope for more for next summer 😜
