🎄 No Festive Slowdown at Vulcan Asphalt Group! 🛠️
While many industries take it easy during the festive season, The Asphalt Industry uses this time for upgrades and plant maintenance. Over this period, we have been as busy as ever; our team has been involved in several key projects, including:
🔧 Tarmac Exeter
We're currently active on an exciting project at Tarmac Exeter. Our contributions include:
Assisting with the dryer and burner installation.
Installing an LPG fuel delivery system.
Upgrading the fuel oil delivery system.
🔧 Aggregate Industries Newark
We also supported a dryer installation upgrade at Aggregate Industries alongside main contractor J Powney Services Ltd, providing the burner reconnections and retuning to suit the new dryer drum.
🔧 Hydrogen Burner Testing
In a push toward greener solutions, we conducted further Hydrogen Burner testing for a future proof retrofit solution, a promising leap for sustainable asphalt production!
Additionally, we're proud to be part of the fantastic plant upgrade project at Tarmac Exeter in collaboration with Thor Atkinson and Flogas UK. This initiative has been a true team effort, with excellent site support from Tarmac personnel and regional project engineering manager Dave McDermott.
