🚐 Important Customer Update 🚐

Hi everyone, just a quick update to let all our customers know that unfortunately we’ve had a major vehicle problem and our van has completely died on us.

We are currently doing everything we can to get a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible, but unfortunately this will mean that some scheduled work may be delayed.

We completely understand that this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise to anyone affected. We’ll be in touch with all customers who have upcoming work booked in to keep you updated and rearrange dates where necessary.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding and continued support while we get ourselves back on the road. We’re working hard to get sorted and back to normal as soon as possible.

⚠️ Little Update from AR Maintenance ⚠️

Just a quick post to let everyone know I've unfortunately gone down sick 🤒 and have had to take a day or two off to recover.

This week was meant to be our grass-cutting week 🌿, but we'll do our best to get back out towards the end of this week or the start of next week, depending on how I'm feeling.

If you've got any other work booked in with us, we'll be in touch as soon as possible to rearrange a new date if needed 📅.

I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. We'll be back as soon as we can and working hard to get everyone caught up 💪.

☀️ We had a fantastic holiday and decided to stay away for a few extra days to make the most of it! Thank you to everyone for your patience while we were away.

We're now back and working our way through our grass-cutting route as quickly as possible. If your grass hasn't been cut yet, please don't worry—we haven't forgotten about you. We're extremely busy at the minute and are doing our best to get to everyone as soon as we can.

Another outdoor space transformed 🔨🌿

Full decking job completed from the ground up:
• Ground dug out and prepped
• W**d control fabric installed
• Blinding layer added for a solid base
• Strong treated 6x2 framework built
• Clean mitred border finish for that sharp look
• Quality wooden decking fitted throughout

To finish it off, we installed a brand new 6ft fence for added privacy and a more enclosed, comfortable space 🪵🏡

Another property getting squeaky clean and ready for spring/summer 🌿☀️

This one received a full pre-treatment chemical clean to break down dirt, algae, and organic growth, followed by a thorough pressure wash to restore the surface.

To finish, we applied BAC50 Biocide treatment, helping to prevent regrowth and keep the area looking fresher for longer.

🚧 Garden Upgrade Complete 🌿

We recently carried out a full replacement of old, rotten railway sleepers and transformed the space with brand new, high-quality sleepers supplied by Out of Yard 👌

🔨 What we did:
• Removed all existing damaged sleepers
• Installed new sleepers, securely fixed to the wall using M12 x 200mm bolts for maximum strength
• Fixed horizontal sleepers to uprights for a solid, long-lasting structure
• Reinforced sleepers around the steps to prevent any movement
• Treated all new timber to ensure a longer-lasting finish 🌧️☀️
• Installed 2 new 6x6 gate posts and re-hung the existing gate

Another strong, tidy job built to last 💪
