To all our valued customers. Jason King Security has now ceased trading and has rebranded to become National Security.

With our success and growth which has seen us come a long way in such a short period of time, it became clear and apparent that we have become more than just a local security company, so we decided to reflect this in the rebrand and we have chosen the name National Security which also reflects our growing customer database.

Our service and commitment to our customers will still remain as strong as ever. Any existing Jason King Security customers will be notified either by post or email with new contact details and everyone will slowly be transitioned over to the new company with time.

Statistics show:

In the UK, 817 houses are broken into each day, meaning that thousands of people face the consequences of a burglary every day, including financial damage and emotional distress.

UK burglary statistics are quite concerning. Many live in constant fear of having their homes burgled. The COVID-19 pandemic caused a decrease in the number of break-ins, but as soon as the lockdown ended, the numbers began rising again. Since this is such an important topic of national concern, we decided to look at how often burglaries happen, how much damage they cause, and how burglars gain entry, and what they steal.

UK Burglary Statistics: Fascinating Facts
More than 267,000 burglaries were reported in 2021.
A burglary takes place every 106 seconds in the UK.
38.1% of burglaries happen during the day.
In 64.1% of burglaries, someone is on the property.
47% of burglaries are committed on the spur of the moment.
In 2020, 70.1% of burglaries were committed by a single offender.
43% of burglars are acquainted with the people they rob.
The average value of stolen goods is £2,856 per household.

⚠️ Burglary and Robbery:

Have you ever imagined returning home only to find out your door or window has been broken and your property is gone? Your response to this could be “God forbid!” But this really does happen to a lot of people on a daily basis.

When you are getting a space for commercial or residential use, ensure that you conduct a risk assessment and address areas of vulnerabilities. They should be as burglary proof as possible, in reality it is unlikely that you will be watching your doors and windows all day.
