Called this morning about a door that wasn't sitting right after a previous mechanism install - misaligned with a visible gap. He came out the same day, quickly identified the issue, and had it properly realigned within the hour. Really appreciated the speed given the urgency, and he was straightforward and clear throughout. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again for any future work.

Mike was very responsive to my initial enquiry and was incredibly friendly and courteous in person. When called back to review a further issue he was once again quick to respond and fixed the problem leaving no mess. I would definitely call Mike in the future if needed.

I can’t recommend Mike highly enough.

I contacted him when the lock/handle on my back door suddenly broke and he came out immediately and got everything completely sorted. He was incredibly responsive, professional and clearly knows his stuff.

I told Mike about my troubles, always getting locked out and he suggested a Smart Lock for the front door. What a genius idea — this is an absolute game changer! I ordered it online and he fitted that at the same time. The workmanship is excellent and everything has been fitted beautifully and works perfectly.

Mike is now coming back next week to repair all the broken hinges on my double-glazed windows too.

It’s so refreshing to find someone who is reliable, super responsive, knowledgeable and takes real pride in their work.

100% recommendation from me — I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mike again.
