This property in Herne Bay was dominated by the large amount of rendering. Not only was it costly but time consuming to keep maintained.

Property lacked any character, the customer approached fascia solutions for a quotation and advice on installing Hardie plank cladding to their property.

Once the price was agreed we provided three separate coloured sample boards to help the customer with the decision of the colour.

The customer decided on ‘Slate Grey’. Breathable membrane & treated timber batterns were fixed.The upper elevations were then clad eliminating maintenance and protecting the elevations from the weather.

The property has a whole new look!

This property in Folkstone was suffering from water ingress on the rear elevation.

‘Soft Green’ Hardie plank was installed to the rear upper elevation, not only has it now protected the exterior wall, it has greatly advanced the look of the property!

The front elevation was also given the same treatment once the new windows were installed.

This leaves the property with a new, modern look!

The existing timber cladding on this property was in desperate need of maintenance. The paint was badly peeling and the timber weatherboarding was showing signs of rot.

It was decided that low maintenance fibre cement Hardie plank would replace the decaying timber.

The colour ‘Artic White’ was chosen to match the original look of the timber. As you can see the appearance of the house has been transformed and is now virtually maintenance free. A simple wash down will keep the exterior looking in perfect condition.

No more time consuming, rubbing down and painting!

This 1970s detached house in Folkstone was beginning to show its age. Our customer wanted to enhance the visual appeal of his property. The existing tile hung elevations were stripped.

Hardie plank finished in ‘Light Mist’ was then installed to the upper elevations of the property.

The existing fascia and soffit was also in need of attention, we replaced with low maintenance UPVC fascia and soffit finished in ‘Anthracite Grey’ to compliment the ‘Light Mist’ Hardie plank.

Aluminium windows were then installed by another contractor, as you can see the house has been totally transformed.

An outstanding result!😆

The existing rendering on this property had been badly repaired and was allowing water to pe*****te into the wall.

The customer contacted us for advice and a quotation to install Hardie plank cladding to the front rendered elevation.

The ‘Iron Grey’ Hardie plank has not only smartened up the appearance of the front of the house, it it is now fully protected from the water ingress.

The house now looks much more Morden and up to date!

These tile hung dormers were extremely inadequately insulated when this loft conversion was built. This caused the rooms to be cold and costly to heat.

This customer contacted us for a quote to replace the existing concrete hanging tiles, with Hardie plank fibre cement cladding. Once the tiles were removed it was clear to see that the existing insulation was totally substandard. We replaced this with Quinn therm foiled insulation which meets modern building regulations.

The dormers were then counter battened to provide an air space between the insulation and newly installed cladding.

The Iron Grey Hardie plank was then installed on the front and rear dormers, providing a weather proof exterior, giving the property a remarkable new look.

The newly insulated dormers now make the loft conversion more usable and comfortable, as well as reducing heating bills.
