Latest full refit bathroom. The only thing remains is the old bath. Changed the old single light fitting for 3 new downlights. New toilet, basin, units, taps, bath taps, bath panel, wall tiling and flooring. The client is painting the wall area themselves to finish the new look from the old tired bathroom.

Unfortunately I didn't take any before pics of this downstairs w/c. A new basin, taps with tiled splashback and new toilet. Replaced carpet flooring with vinyl click. The biggest part of this job was the redecoration of the walks and woodwork. Previously had bright red walls and dark stained woodwork. Sanded back the woodwork and repainted in white satinwood. Sanded, filled and repainted the walls white. Really gas brightened the room. A nice clean, fresh finish.

This en-suite was definitely due the upgrade. Another complete rip out and refit, including plastering the ceiling, building a stud wall with a niche for bottles etc. Fully tiled walls, new shower tray, shower door and shower. New basin and taps, boxed in pipework. Out with the carpet and layed new vinyl click flooring. Removed the radiator, rubbed down, re sprayed and refitted. A really different feel from the old tired blue !

This downstairs w/c looks completely different after it's update. New tiling to walls and floor. New basin, toilet and unit. I swapped out the old mains stopcock for a lever arm isolator, boxed in the pipework and added an access panel in the tiling. Painted the exposed pipework and wall ( took a few coats to cover the old colour!!) Really great result and happy client again.

Lovely upgrade in this rental bathroom. Full refit including new light, powered mirror, full suite, floor & wall tiling, towel radiator, shelving and decoration. A lovely transformation (lucky tenants!).

Kitchen splashback done in herringbone pattern, just the single wall on this 1. A real feature finish.

Another bathroom and separate W/c. Full refit with re-plastering, new lighting, fan, toothbrush charger. Full suite replacement, floor and wall tiling. Before and after pics. Another complete transformation, another happy client.
