Hi Everyone. Today I want to talk about two products that are really effective.

When painting a room and wanting to keep the carpet I highly recommend Q1 Floor ProBroad. Floor ProBoard is a reusable paper which provides a durable temporary floor protection for painting and renovation projects.Compared to traditional floor protection boards, this masking paper is characterized by a longer length and lighter weight which make it very easy to use and reposition during painting.

Why do I use this?
I think this product is better than dust sheets. It tapes down easier, it’s flat and it’s anti slip! It tapes down really well.

The next thing I think about is the tape.
I love this product.
Q1 Multi Purpose Indoor Masking Tape is a semi crepe paper masking tape with natural rubber based adhesive. It sticks well to multiple and irregular surfaces such as baseboards, trims, walls, wood, metal. This tape is designed for almost all indoor paint or renovation works, so it’s not UV and water resistant.

I use this product rather than normal masking tape or bog standard painters tape because it is really easy to use and is really effective. One it’s on you wipe it with a damp cloth and then it activates the gel to stop any paint seeping through. It’s really durable and it leaves really nice sharp lines once it is peeled off. Highly recommend.

Good Evening Everyone.
Have you moved into a property where the previous people smoked inside? Have your children done an impression of Picasso in the hallway? Then this is the product for you!

Zinsser- It is an all purpose solvent based stain killer primer.
It is especially effective on ni****ne, Oil stains, water marks, marker pens, fungal degradation and so much more.

This product is something I make sure I always have to hand when doing someone's house. It ensure that stains don't seep through the newly decorated walls or woodwork.
It is quick drying and recoat able in around 45 minutes.
Some customers think it is expensive especially if they have a lot of stains to cover but it is the best product out there and you get what you pay for.
Some customers have commented on the strong smell. Just ensure that you ventilate the room well.
I have been using this product for around 10 years and I personally cannot fault it!

Three of the main Zinsser products I use are:
Zinsser Perma White. This can be used in bathrooms and kitchens. The reason I use this in those particular rooms is because it is long lasting, helps with ventilation and prevents moisture in the walls and ceilings.
Zinsser B.I.N can used in any room of the house interior and exterior. I use this variety for dried out water stains, graffiti, knots in woodwork, ni****ne stains. I recently had to redecorate a house that had been broken into and the people that broke in thought it would be a good idea to graffiti the walls with black paint. A once (Or twice) over with Zinsser ensured that the oil from the graffiti paint didn't come through and the walls looked brand new again.
Zinsser Gardz. This is to seal a wall once you have removed wallpaper. It is water based and for porous surfaces. I have used this product in a house that had particularly sticky walls after I removed the wallpaper to ensure it is sealed and gave a moisture firm barrier.
