Sun’s out, and so are the brushes! ☀️

We are absolutely loving the transformation of this stunning farmhouse in Stalisfield, Kent.

Working on behalf of The Otterden Estates, our mission was to give this historic gem the high-quality finish it deserves while ensuring it stays protected against the elements for years to come.

Renovating a property with this much character is all about the details.

We focused on:
• Extensive Prep: We didn’t cut any corners on the windows, ensuring a smooth, durable foundation.

• The Finish: Windows were treated to a crisp coat of Sandtex Trade Flexi Gloss.

• The Walls: We brightened up the exterior using Dulux Weathershield masonry paint in classic Magnolia.

• The Contrast: To make those features pop, we finished the beams in a sleek Zinsser Allcoat Matt black.

There is nothing quite like seeing a heritage building come back to life in the Kent sunshine! 🏡✨

This week, we completed an ensuite bathroom renovation in West Malling.

New tiles were installed, and we took care of the rest.

For the walls, we chose Optiva Matt 5 in Pavilion Grey for its durability.
Perma White Matt was applied to the ceiling to resist mould and mildew.
Woodwork finished in Aqua Guard Matt

Transformation complete for our returning client in Bearsted, Kent.

Out with the old: stripping dated wallpaper, removing coving, client dismantled the wardrobe. In with the new: freshly plastered ceiling by a local expert. Finishing touches include ceilings in white DuluxTrade vinyl matt emulsion and walls in Farrow and Ball Hague Blue dead flat Matt. Beautiful woodwork finished in white Aqua Guard satin finish.

Formally known as “The Box” room now will become “The Office” after a little makeover.

A full strip off and prep before getting plastered, followed up by finishing in Green Smoke modern emulsion, woodwork in School House White. Looking forward to the custom built office furniture to be fitted to finish off the room.

Happy New Year to all my followers 🎉

With a frantic and busy end to 2023 I didn’t have much time to get on here to post some pictures from our jobs running up to Christmas.

So here is a lovely lounge redecorated in fully prepared and thoroughly enjoyed using blue blood on the woodwork and wall with China Clay for the ceiling, finished off with a bold Happy People wallpaper from .
