another bathroom done , this one was not easy but very pleased with the result , thanks to my brother Simon for his help on the rip out and his help in cutting tiles for me in the first 5 days 👍then it was all down to me 🥵

bathroom refresh completed : new Mira sport shower , vanity unit sink and taps , shower screen , towel rad , new pipe boxing , new flooring and all siliconed up as new ... pictures show old to new . 😁👍

finished some monumental door hanging, topical older property and some awful door frames that had to have some work but i got there in the end and completely finished with 2 coats of osmo oil , wood grain looks the nuts ! hard work but very pleased all round .....next😁
