I have always been a interested in Gardening and have Maintained family and friends Gardens for over 10yrs. I have decided to turn my hobbie into a career which is something i enjoy doing.

Just so people know I will be “out of office” from now until the 14th so any enquiries, messages, or phone calls will be answered when I return to work on Monday the 15th. So as of now I’m switched off and going to enjoy some quality family time and some nice weather will see you all and your grass, flower beds, hedges, and shrubs on my return 🤗

Today’s jobs done, st hildas churchyards 1st cut of the the year 👍 then decided to Bob on and get Thorpe Bassett churchyard cut as well for its 1st cut too both looking 👌. Got the village cut yesterday so everything is looking nice an neat…..for the time being!

A couple of jobs that I’ve done recently one was to rip out some conifer hedging that’s been in for about 30years at mum and dads and replace it with a fence, 14 bags of waste later and some faffing about the fence is up!
Second one is the new water pump cover for the top of the village at sherburn as the old one was rotten and about to fall over now I’m no joiner but took my time and pleased with how this has come out finished the final coat of paint today and it will be ready to go back to its new home very shortly!

A nice little job today for an ex work colleague’s elderly mum who can’t cope with the boarders anymore and wanted thing...

A nice little job today for an ex work colleague’s elderly mum who can’t cope with the boarders anymore and wanted things removed and other things rearranged , w**ded and then a w**d suppressant sheet down and topped with bark for easy low maintenance garden with minimal fuss. Pleased to say she’s over the moon with it which in turn makes me happy, just glad I can help out.

Today was a better day than yesterday, had to reschedule this one because of the shocking weather! Cut back and removed some box hedging due to been hammered this year by the box caterpillars also a good tidy up at the rear part of the garden I look after for a regular! 💪🏻

Started on the largest of the beds today that hasn’t been touched for approximately 3yrs it’s far from perfect yet but I’ve broke it back, went in with the goal in mind that if I could get most of the grass out of it I’d be happy it didn’t help much went it started raining half way through the day but I’m happy with what’s been done so far!

Day 3 of the garden tidy, and more raking stone out of the soil, and started the smaller beds to get them out of the way...
