Building Control Submission.
We submitted this single storey extension project to building control ready for a spring start on site.
Removal of an existing conservatory for a single storey rear extension. Creating a light and modern kitchen / dining area, perfect for hosting family and friends.

Certificate of Lawfulness landed last week, and the building regulations package has now been completed & submitted for approval.

We have recently submitted a Lawful Development application for a client in Wilmslow. The client is opening up their ground floor kitchen and creating one large kitchen / dining area. The visuals we create allows the client to see their project brought to life! Now onto tender & building control drawings.

We have created this CGI image of one of our live projects to show the client what can be achieved. Although you cannot see them (unless you look really closely) the lantern light and sliding doors create a bright kitchen/ dining area, which works perfectly with the timber cladding feature.

PLANNING APPROVAL GRANTED:
Back in August we surveyed this beautiful detached home which resides within Greenbelt land.

The client gave us a clear brief where they wanted to create a new bedroom above the garage with a terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape.

Greenbelt applications require a more thorough approach and with site sections, massing excercises and a comprehensive design and access statement approval was recently granted for this exciting project. More to come on this!

PLANNING APPROVAL GRANTED: For this single storey side & rear extension in Timperley.

PLANNING APPROVAL GRANTED : Last week we recieved approval for this project. We are now producing technical drawings ready for the Building Regs application.

Planning Application Submitted.

The client wanted to extend their existing dormer along with a new rear extension with some elevational changes.

A snapshot of our approved scheme in Wigan. The client wanted to build a single storey extension & porch on the back of the Victorian terrace. Although it met all criteria under Permitted Development, we reccommended submitting a Certificate of Lawful Development to the Local Planning Authority. This, along with the Building Regulations Application has been approved and the client will be starting the build soon!
