Westbrook House progressing well.
Blockwork now up to roof plate,

single-storey extension structure complete, and hip-to-gable timber framework in place.

Next phase: install roof lanterns to the flat roof, strip the main roof, then felt, batten and complete a full re-tile.

First floor build up underway at Westbrook House.

Structure going in and the transformation is starting to show.

Full chimney breast removal over two floors. 3 steel RSJs and gallow brackets installed to carry the load safely.

Structural design and calculations completed and submitted to building control.
