Single Storey Side and Rear extension + Porch complete ☑️

This was a complex extension compare to the standard brick and block.

The extension roof angle had to be set at different slopes the further we went to the read as the walls were coming in slightly.

Once the roof was completed. The existing structure of the house was made out of ‘no fines concrete’ made between 1940s - 60s, which meant we had to get a specialist SE design drawing to ensure the external walls and floor would not fall down when we started the demolition work.

BUT…. We got there and it was great work from the team.

Was a pleasure working on this job based in Old Trafford. The communication through out with the client was exceptional.

Full job from concept to completion.

What a great end to the year working on this takeaway project. Many design changes were made through out the stage but it all came together towards the end.

Clients had no idea what they were looking for but with the right help the place is ready and open.
