Transformation Tuesday ✨

Little job clearing out this border today.

Crocosmia / Montbretia, is such a hard working summer plant, but can take over if not kept in check.

The job today was to clear away it away and make some room for the other perennials in the border. 🙂 🌼 @ Urmston Greater Manchester

Purple Carrots! 💜🥕

Just harvested these little beauties.
They’re a variety called Purple Haze, which have an iridescent glow about them. A nice little surprise when they’re harvested! They weren’t the best at germinating, but the second lot of sowing seems to have been much more successful. 🌱🌱🌱

Soo... apparently these allotment leaves don’t count as a bunch of flowers... 🙄

✨ Fancy foliage ✨

Surprise surprise we had a bit of rain in Manchester again.

I thought I’d get outside with my camera and see what was looking good in the garden.

I’m pleasantly surprised with the results 🤓

The Cardoon is my favourite of the moment, what do you think?
