Bonding landing out ready for Plastering
Alot of people doing dormers I've noticed bring the wall right out, and have a shelf along the top or the stairs, due to the steel running parrell with the wall, I Didn't want this, I like things to flow, it took some figuring out, but I think it looks better and more room.
On the weekend I got the wires in for here and down stairs light too, hard doing a rewire when your mums still lives here lol

So the two sexy words every one wants to hear when renovating their home.. STORAGE SPACE! I knew I was going to build something over the stairs in this dormer. From seeing some one do a similar dormer build to mine, and seeing how much wasted open space there was when walking up and down the stairs, it was a must. So made this storage to take the IKEA storage boxes, two deep too! It allows us to interchange the look and style in the room, from having one all the way in and a ornament or an alexa sat up front, or having two with a IKEA box with decorative front. The section on the left is for the t.v bracket. There is now also a piece of tinted glass now in the section below, this is where sky box, consoles ect with two doubles sockets and cat 6, and at the side there's a built in safe 🙌

Bathroom done a few weekends ( and the rest 🙄) nightmare job, tedious shall we say, top customers. Doing the kitchen in a couple of weeks too
