All windowns and door painted with quality weatherproof paint the sanded and prepared the proper way!
We also removed a large section off the apex due to rotten wood and loose fixings.
We also replaced multiple window sils due to being rotten😫
With a load of extras and more jobs added on to the original work agreed, clashing with jobs we had booked in🤪.
But as usual we completed everything at a high standard and now will lasts forever!

Everytthing brand new even the floor and celing.
All walls back to brick.
Dont cut corners because your lazy or incompetent.

So we installed a complete new roof and protected the wood from furture rot in areas it was affected the most.

We had to just deal with it as they didnt want to change it.

We dont mess around we can do everything, so dont stress yourself out organising multiple tradesmen to complete your project.
What can lead to chemistry problems between tradesmen, lack of quality and extended time to complete projects.
Just hire one company and we take all that stress away.
This job was supposed to be a simple shower enclosure replacement, but because we do our jobs correctly we replace all pipework and the floor to ensure no leaks or future problems.
We never go of old pipework thats for the lazy cowboy tradesmen.
When we removed the floor it was rotten, the floor joists was rotten and weak.
So we replaced them with brand new floor joists.
This was due to previous incompetent tradesmen that didnt do a proper job.
Stop giving incompetent useless trademen your money and hire professionals like us.
Fully qualified tradesmen in every trade.
Even the company owner has qualifications in every trade.
Providing decades of experience new and old school.
