Allotment Insurance.

Lots of questions online about this at the moment. It seems that some councils who direct let sites are putting in the requirement for member public liability into tenancy contracts.

Even on leased sites Associations may not have public liability insurance that covers member's as individuals.

I hope this discussion helps people understand whether or not they may be insured and what the options are:
