How will you protect my property from overspray?
We take full precautions to protect your property. We use high-quality Q1 masking tape and masking film to carefully cover brickwork and rubber gaskets. All glass areas are fully masked using Indasa masking roll to ensure a clean, precise finish with no overspray.
How long will it take?
Each door or frame must be fully masked, have the existing silicone removed, thoroughly degreased, and lightly keyed before spraying can begin. Preparation and spraying typically takes between 50 –120 minutes per unit, depending on size and condition.
What is the spraying process?
Each door or frame receives three coats in total:
• A light dust coat for adhesion
• A full top coat for coverage
• A final coat after inspection to ensure a flawless, even finish.
Is there a price difference depending on the colour I choose?
No, there is no price difference. You are free to choose any RAL colour at no additional cost.
Do you replace the silicone?
Yes, all existing silicone is completely removed prior to preparation. Once spraying is complete, we apply new silicone that is colour-matched to your chosen window colour for a seamless finish
