Excellent performance from all the lads today to win 7-2. A quick start saw us take an early lead. A strong run from Tino down the wing putting in a pinpoint cross for Alexander to redirect first time into the bottom corner. Some more good interplay finished with a curling shot from jack from the edge of the box. Britannia came back into the game and with some good pressing forced a goal to take us into half time 2-1. Some adjustments and we turned up the intensity to score another 5 brilliant goals to take full control of the game before britannia pulled one back with a great long range effort. Some excellent individual performances but most importantly a solid team display. The midfield controlled the game and worked in tandem with the defence who were solid and the forwards who were relentless as a unit. A cracking debut for George, who looked like hes been with us for months already. Parents players of the match were joel and tino, and coaches player joel also. Difficult to pick from so many good performances, but well deserved. Joel was incredible at RB with constant effort, great positioning and fight to win the ball and drive us forward. Tino was a constant threat and assisted 3 and scored 1. It could have been more, he was unplayable today.

Grassroots football is where it all starts – building confidence, teamwork, discipline, and giving kids a place to enjoy the game they love. Being able to support this brilliant group of players, coaches, and parents means a lot to me, both personally and through the business.

We’re also overjoyed to be able to offer the lads fantastic training sessions Massey Academy Football Coaching, giving them even more opportunities to develop their skills and enjoy the game.

8th February 2026 vs Hindley Town Titans U13

Three good goals including deserved firsts of the season for Joel and Euan. We continued to create lots more chances and could have scored a hatful on another day. After drawing level we pushed for the win but left ourselves open to the counter and conceded 2 late goals to lose 5-3.

14th December 2025 vs Cherrybrook Lions

A 4-3 win today in an exciting game of two halves!. Lions played some great football to take a deserved 3 nil lead into half time. However, with a change in tactics and incredible effort and determination from the lads the devils pulled off a brilliant comeback. Well done 👏
