Georgian house again this time. Furniture removed and replaced , repairs carried out , joints cleaned carpets and ply removed from hallway area. Floor had been done diy previously and was very orange. Client wanted a rustic French chabby chic vibe to the boards so was sanded and stained. Finished with bergerseidle greenstar ultra matt 2k lacquer.

A lovely Georgian bedroom pine floor hiding under the mother infested carpet. Carpet was removed , staples grippers and underlay removed. The floor was then repaired , loose boards screwed down and a few board replacements. The floor was then fully sanded , stained white and then refinished with bergerseidle greenstar matt 2k lacquer.

Alot of work getting this to a level. Downstairs is going to be interesting.

Started a big job in a lovely Georgian manor house. Plenty of rooms to be getting on with here. This was the start a dining room and a bedroom. The whole house has been sanded and refinished badly by a DIY enthusiast and there's plenty of repairs and rectifying with this job. Both rooms boards needed fixing down , repairing, fully sanding , staining , filling and refinishing, tons of work to get them back flat but super happy with how they have come out and so is the client. Finished with bergerseidle greenstar in semi matt.

2 down another 20 aread to complete so you will be seeing plenty of these floors.

Lovely victorian halleay , lounge and diner pime period floors all sanded up and made this spice bright and airy again. Alot of people love the dark floors but in this Cambridge mid terrace it was just a little too much for the space. It was pretty dark in there so something needed to happen. All floors were repaired , sanded and then refinished with bergerseidle flexi primer and ecogold matt lacquer throughout.

Some tired engineered oak floors to kitchen area and dining room. This floor was less than 4 years old and prefinished oiled floor in a kitchen area which didn't work out well. Floors were sanded back and refinished with matt 2k lacquer to combat the marking and spillages that were destroying the previous finish.

A nice bright user friendly floor now.

Reclaimed pine floor to main lounge area , client had this Reclaimed floor installed and had a go themselves to sand the floors. As the boards were seriously stepped up they found it really difficult to achieve any sort of finish and gave me a call. The floor was sanded flat as best as possible, filled with bergerseidle pakstop and pafuki pulver in wenge and then custom stained in a walnut black mix. The floor was then refinished with matt lacquer throughout. A lovely outcome and a tough old job.

What a job this was. Lounge diner , hallway , loft room and a set of stairs. All floors needed repairs, filling in places , fully sanding , staining and refinishing, the loft room and stairs just had a full sand and refinish using bergerseidle natural white 2k lacquer, the downstairs was refinished with a custom white stain and then refinished with 3 x coats of greenstar ultra matt. Had to work good friday to get this completed but really happy with this how it turned out. I can see a resurgence of white floors coming back after this one. Not the easiest of jobs too as it was central Cambridge with all the joys that comes with it. A lovely example of how to do a white floor right.
