Full renovation of a previously derelict building completed from start to finish.
Works included a new roof, full insulation, installation of hygienic white wall cladding, new staircase and concrete access ramp.
Upstairs, chimney breast removal was carried out, followed by full insulation to roof and walls, plasterboarding ready for dry lining, and installation of a new WC.
All works delivered to create a clean, functional and compliant working space.

Recently completed a full chimney breast and fireplace repair after a failed timber lintel and dropped
register plate caused by prolonged heat exposure.

✔️Plaster removed to expose the chimney structure
✔️Five courses of blown brickwork removed
✔️Old timber lintel and failed register plate removed
✔️Chimney section dismantled to allow safe access
✔️Brickwork fully supported during works
✔️New concrete lintel installed for permanent structural support
✔️Steel angle iron securely fixed
✔️Register plate correctly refitted to sit on the angle iron only (non-structural and serviceable from
below)
✔️Sealed around flue and plate using OB! fire-proof sealant to prevent soot drop and ensure correct
sealing
✔️Brickwork rebuilt and made good
✔️Area cleaned and left tidy on completion
All waste has been stored neatly and will be collected shortly by a registered waste contractor.
Another unsafe setup made safe, compliant, and future-proof✅

We recently completed a full office build, transforming an empty space into a fully finished, modern working environment. All works were handled in-house, including stud walls and partitioning, joinery and door installation, decorating, office furniture assembly, radiator relocation and new radiator installation.

This was a full turnkey project with one contractor from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process and a high-quality result.
