This week we installed a combi boiler for a customer that was recommended by their neighbour who we had just fitted a combi-boiler for! 🔥

After having a faulty boiler for a number of weeks, it seemed that the PCB had broken. The customer opted for a new boiler as their existing boiler was rather old and liked the idea of having a highly reliable and efficient boiler.

This landlord got in touch with us with quite a bad issue with reports of water entering a neighbouring property. We found pond plants growing in the wall and into the guttering system! These plants kept on growing due to the heavily corroded down pipe.

Firstly we did a bit of gardening and removed the plants! Then we replaced the down pipe and hopper to resolve the issue.

We were called out to investigate a foul smell and damp cupboards coming from behind the units in a utility room. We found the dishwasher waste connection to be unsupported and disconnected causing mucky water to spill out!! 🤮

After readjusting the pipework and making sure it was supported correctly the customer was happy we had found the issue and resolved it!

We fitted these boilers alongside another 2 in these flats 2 years ago. Got called back to service them all and its good to see them in great working order.

Get your gas safety check booked in now! Although your heating may be turned off, your boiler will still be heating your hot water up so its important to check them yearly🔥

This customer presented to us a toilet that would not flush and was backing up constantly.
We investigated and there was a heavy build up of urine crystals and other matter 💩. It was decided it would be beneficial to replace all of the soil stack to remove all of the problems.

We also installed a brand new toilet for them 🚽
