A job completed recently.
Bath, electric shower, toilet, basin and panel radiator removed.
Low access 1600mm x 700mm shower tray with 800mm shower screen with flipper panel,
dark blue vanity toilet unit and basin unit with isocast basin, exposed thermostatic bar mixer shower with diverter valve and rain head outlet, chrome towel radiator with chrome valves and chrome pipework, marble effect shower panels with chrome trim, white ceiling cladding with chrome trim, chrome spot lights, Luxury click vinyl flooring.
Completed in 4 days with rubbish removal on completion.

One of our latest wetroom installation. This was an old downstairs coal house/ bathroom renovation for disabled access and showering.
Removal of Fully wooden Cladded walls and ceiling
Removal of bath and basin.
False ceiling installed, boarded and plastered.
All walls Reboarded,
New extractor fan installed.
New electric towel warmer with Thermostat.
Level access shower tray installed within concrete floor.
ALTO anti-slip flooring installed.
Walls fully cover with shower panels.
New bathroom rated ceiling LED light.
Electric shower with pump installed as incoming water pressure was poor.
New basin in new position.
All pipework re-routed so no need for boxing.
New door frame, architraves and door.
New electrical circuit installed at consumer unit for 10.8kw electric shower.

A job we have recently completed.
From an En-Suite with a small shower enclosure which was not usable by the customer. Walls were removed to make the showering area nearly twice as wide, new wider doorway installed, level access shower tray installed, non-slip Altro flooring fitted, underground drainage re-routed for the new position of the toilet and basin vanity units, 3 x spot lights and a shower fan light with booster motor installed. Bathroom walls fully tiled, bedroom walls plastered, with architrave and skirting boards fitted to a decorative finish. All rubbish removed. 10 working days from start to finish.
