Today Texecom servers went down.
What does this mean to you?
Texecom cloud servers are the machines that your auto dialer/smartcom uses to communicate to your app/Texecom connect. If this pathway is disrupted/broken, then you won't be able to turn on your alarm. Won't be able to use your app.
Your alarm keypad will notify you of an ARC error.
The fault at Texecom has been rectified, but you may still need to take some action to resolve the keypad notification.
1. Press your code and read the fault.
Press reset.
Press your code one more time.
Press reset to clear the notification.
If the fault does not clear, please get in touch. Where I can advise further.
