Last week I published about visiting Marazion and in particular a fabulous independent retailer called Morva. So here are the pics from that visit. I’d like to say a massive thanks to Tamzin, the owner, for allowing me to photograph her incredible store again and I’d like to implore anyone visiting South Cornwall to visit Marazion and this wonderful store which is basically an amazing collection, curated beautifully, of local and British maker talent! 🧵 🧵 🧵

Yesterday we visited beautiful Marazion. We make the same trip every year, taking the boat out to St Michaels Mount and then waiting for the secret path to reappear (secret to Macy as we told her a giant controls the ebb & flow here 😉) before heading back to mooch around the art galleries (including my fave ) and lunch at
Our day yesterday was every bit as good as every year before it. Once again I visited seen here in these pics from last year (the new ones coming soon!) and chatted to the lovely Tamzin about her incredible knack for sourcing unique products. This store has everything that makes a great independent store....unique products many of which are sourced locally from an incredible pool of talent, creative displays that bring the products to life and lovely lovely people to welcome you in and make you wanna stay a while.

New work for in and what a gorgeous place. Apparently this one was the basis for all the other Botanists that followed and I can see why. It’s stunning and represented a real break away from the ‘traditional’ interiors of so many venues a few years ago. Given my passion for interiors, shooting places like this is such a dream!
