From standing tall (albeit starting to die) to safely removed. 🌳

Friday’s job was a silver birch removal in a stunning Norfolk garden. With a long drag through a narrow archway to get all the timber and brash out, it was a good workout, but everything was removed and the garden left clean and tidy. Our team certainly got their steps in!

After a busy day working in sunny Chatteris, a well earned evening stroll in Ely was just what the doctor ordered. At the customer’s request, we carried out conifer removal ready for new fencing and also reduced some large conifers to the rear of the property. It has certainly let the sunshine in on what was a very dark area of the garden. We will return to grind the stumps out so that the customer can carry on with their garden renovations.

People often think that, as tree surgeons, all we want to do is cut down trees. That couldn’t be further from the truth. There’s nothing we love more than using our expert knowledge to ensure our region’s beautiful trees are healthy and thriving for as long as possible. Can we just take a moment to appreciate this Great London Plane Tree of Ely, Cambridgeshire. It is believed to be one of the oldest and largest examples of its species in the United Kingdom. Wow!
