Neglected badly painted stonework, large cracks & windowsills painted with old based gloss. Leading to flaking paint. Stonework stripped of paint. Cracks cutout, sealed and filled with toupret filler with high resin content. Before painting with Sandtex X-treme X-posure.

Have been doing an exterior in Cliftonville recently. It’s a large Victorian house, the exterior hasn’t had any thing done to it in years.
Here the apex after years of neglect, the wood is exposed & split, paint flaking. However it can be repaired, rot cut & ground out and resin repair.

Not everything is about Paint and wallpaper. New trim fitted to a shower tray as water was leaking through the tray when the shower was being used.

A little girls bedroom. Distemper ceiling underneath exsisting paint which lead to coving on one wall coming down & Ceiling paint bubbling and coming away from Ceiling. Ceiling was stripped of Paint and distemper, washed and sealed before being lined and painted. Walls sanded and sealed before lining then sprayed. Majority of skirting stripped of paint then sprayed.

Hallway, Stairs and landing in Bideford.
Repairs to Lath and Plaster ceilings and walls. Also lining a couple of the small ceilings and some of the lower walls. Also lead paint found on stairs and top landing floor

ceilings and walls Matt finish with satin on woodwork.
Colours- Farrow & Ball, Inchyra Blue & Shaded White.
