The floor was over boarded with 6mm no more ply, glued and screwed before tiling and finished with golden dust grout.

Door threshold made to fit the finished tile height and door way.

Finito. Just waiting for to get the runners and flagstone curb in and this one will be all finished.All materials from ...

All materials from except the grout which was from

boards used to flatten the path first, glued and screwed down before fixing the tiles with adhesive and finished with no.19 grout.
