The client's garden needed a makeover to finish it off after the garden house was built. There was a lot of clay to remove to allow the turf to take root, and a patio pad for the gazebo. This made the garden a much more usable space for the kids to play in and for adults to relax.

I've just wrapped up a beautiful back garden design for a lovely client who recently moved into a brand-new Taylor Wimpey home. 🏡

We recently completed this stunning herringbone brick driveway—a large-scale project connecting two neighbouring homes with timeless design and flawless ex*****on.

The client’s large garden was overgrown and some areas were unusable, the brief was to follow the plans they had drawn up and make the garden much more usable for their children and dogs, ripping out the old garden and replacing it with new turf. Also included in the new design was a new much larger patio area to replace the decking where the adults could relax under a fantastically designed metal louvred pergola. The tired outdated patio slabs were replaced with a much more modern contemporary slab and the area was extended. An oak retaining wall was built with integrated steps up to the new area, and lighting was installed.

The client had an existing patio area with a retaining wall, both of which had seen better days and were desperate for a new lease of life, the same goes for the planter too. The new patio area incorporated a new path with steps and a new area for a shed. The framework of the shed was constructed during the build. The tired front planter was ripped out and replaced with a much more modern version.

My client wanted to be able to walk straight onto their patio from the back door, and also extend the area to be a more usable space, old slabs were recycled around the shed area. Raising the patio and using smoother slabs reduced the trip hazards significantly. Redesign of the raised beds will allow more planting to brighten up the garden.

The client in Great Glen had an extension built which meant losing some of the existing patio area. The brief was to extend the patio using existing slabs that had been removed and incorporating a couple of breakout areas, one covered with a metal gazebo with retractable slats to provide a waterproof area to sit.
