A quick message to all of our customers, both existing and new.
Firstly, we'd like to apologise to anyone who is waiting for a response, quote, or update from us. We know some enquiries are taking longer than usual, and we truly appreciate your patience.
As many of you know, JP Home Improvements is a small business. Over the last few months, we've been incredibly busy and have been working seven days a week to keep up with demand. Our days are spent out on-site fitting windows and doors, while our evenings are spent completing quotes, ordering materials, replying to messages, invoicing, and managing all of the admin that comes with running a business.
Unlike larger companies, we don't have dedicated office staff, so all of the admin is fitted in around our installation work. Keeping our overheads low helps us keep our prices competitive for our customers, but it does mean there are only so many hours in the day.
We're doing our very best to work through all enquiries and messages as quickly as possible, and we sincerely thank everyone for their understanding and continued support.
Your recommendations, reviews, and patience mean the world to a small business like ours.
