WANTED:
SKILLED HARD LANDSCAPER/GROUNDWORKER:
Location: Marlow and 15 mile radius.
Job Type: Part time leading to full time.
Salary: £140 - £180 per day (depending on experience)
ABOUT US:
We are an established and growing hard landscaping and groundwork company specialising in high-quality outdoor construction projects. Our work includes complete garden transformations, patios, driveways, retaining walls, drainage, fencing, turfing, and groundwork packages for domestic and commercial clients.
Due to an increasing workload, we are looking for an experienced and skilled landscaper to join our team.
THE ROLE:
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship. You will be involved in all aspects of hard landscaping and groundwork projects from start to finish.
Duties Include
Porcelain and natural stone patio installation
Block paving and driveway construction
Sleeper walls and retaining walls
Fencing and gates
Turfing and planting preparation
Drainage installation
Foundations and general groundworks
Reading site drawings and setting out works
Operating power tools and small plant machinery
Working efficiently as part of a team
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in hard landscaping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Good understanding of levels and site preparation
Full UK driving licence (With car to get to site).
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Desirable Skills
Experience operating mini diggers and dumpers
Groundworks experience
Experience leading small projects or mentoring junior staff
