uses and potting sheds, Danesfield Gardens Nursery is a beautiful place to come and visit. Whether you need a geranium or two, Isabel's reknowned hanging baskets, or just fancy a chat, Betty and Isabel will always provide a warm welcome. Betty started the business single handedly, doing plants in her spare time. With her mother's family background of farming and agriculture, she already knew some of the basics but then increased her knowledge over the years by trial and error. After a lot of hard work, the business steadily grew, supplying many of the local garden centres with plants and vegetables. Nowadays, the nursery is run by Betty's daughter, Isabel, who has been involved in the nursery for the last 35 years. Isabel's beautiful hanging baskets are famous in the local area and are one of the things that Danesfield Gardens Nursery is reknowned for. Isabel's wonderful creations can be spotted at many local pubs and restaurants, including The Hand & Flowers in Marlow.
