We have prospered by trading fairly - we want customers to come back to us again and again. We trade in accordance to our terms and conditions and all our transactions are of course covered by UK trading legislation. In addition to your consumer rights we give you this additional

We will carry out every transaction in a fair manner. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, we will give you a refund in full on the goods providing they are returned to us with a valid receipt and in resellable condition within 14 days. We will also refund the carriage costs if we are at fault.

We’ve been cleared out! This is all we have left today. But we have another pallet of Fans arriving tomorrow - 25th June - and I will put it on Facebook as soon as they arrive! We still have parasols, ice blocks, cooling dog toys and cool bags in stock.
