Ceiling we ripped down and re boarded and plastered.
Fortunately as multi skilled tradesmen we were able to address a rotten joist issue. In normal circumstances we’d of replaced this item but unfortunately this wasn’t addressed when they’d recently had a fibreglass flat roof done.
In doing so there were high potential of damaging what was done.
So we braced the joists and re levelled to create a flat/strong and even to board.
This could have potentially cost time and delay for the client.
But due to our experience and longevity in the building game we could address this without any delays.
We also have an extensive list of trusted tradesmen for work that’s out of our remit.
Which takes the stress and hassle of any potential issue unforeseen.

Sad times…. It’s got to a time where I must say goodbye to an old trusted friend.
This baking tub as served me well for around 15yrs….

New work light…
Bought this bulb to replace our existing work lights due to position can cast shadows and potential hazards due to getting knocked over or constant moving around…
