The new homes adopt a simple gabled form, drawing inspiration from the character and proportions of traditional agricultural buildings found throughout the area. This approach ensures this contemporary interpretation sits comfortably within its rural context.

Hard to believe it’s nearly been a whole year since the completion of this beautiful Wrightington cottage.

What was once a derelict, unused space is now a warm, character-filled home full of charm.

It wasn’t all smooth sailing — we faced some tough planning permission challenges — but with a clear vision, determination, and truly fantastic clients by our side, we got the green light. From there, our sister company brought the vision to life with care and craftsmanship.

Still one of our favourite transformations.
