One of the most common problems I get asked about is bathroom ceilings with mould and/or peeling paint.
Once the mould and peeling paint are dealt with Zinsser Permawhite is brilliant and long lasting…. As long as the room is ventilated with open windows and a fan (where fitted). Ventilation is key! This is a student house so the ultimate test!! 😂

One week transformation…
HSL + two bedrooms. Patched, painted, transformed. ✅

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that make a big difference….
This customer had condensation running down the walls in winter and blistered plaster round an old air vent.
I made a tube for the fan to pull air better, insulated the hole in the wall and put a better vent on to stop water getting in. Cut out and filled the plaster and painted In anti-condensation paint. You would have thought if given them a new kitchen! 😊
